Mykala was an angel from beginning to end. Really attentive, took her time and perfected the final result. I was comfortable giving her the freedom to do my hair, with very little guidance in terms of what I did/didn’t want when it came to the toner notes. Really looking forward to coming back 🙂

Lovely environment, has a very bubbly energy and the hair stylists are friendly and communicative. Extremely happy with my haircut 🙂

Excellent. Very professional and courteous and respectful. I got exactly the colour I was looking for this time. My stylist talked me through the whole process, what she proposed and options for me. I was able to make an informed decision as to bleaching and then recolouring for the colour I was looking for. My stylist was great. I would want to return for the same colour scheme and stylist. AMAZING!! I love my hair so much!!! I came in for a perm and used an AI generated photo of me with curly hair hoping I could get something similar to it. The stylist with white hair said it was a natural curl not a perm but she will try her best to copy it. Instead of having something similar, she made the exact copy of the photo so perfectly that I couldn’t even tell if I took a selfie instead of a generated picture! I was so happy with her work and service and made me so comfortable in store, 100% will come again for touch ups and any other services❤️

It was a simple eyebrow wax and Jodie did an exceptional work. She was very patient and did it like an art. These women love what they do, resulting in happy customers. Thanks Jodie.

The manager Jodi was so accommodating coming in early to fit me in at last minute. Jodi did an amazing job perming my hair after the last salon I went to in May attempted to do the same but was extremely unsuccessful and then claimed that it was due to the length of my hair. All the staff were so friendly and happy. The salon had a positive happy vibe. Well priced. Highly recommend 😊

Best hairdresser on the Northside of Brisbane. Reasonably priced, attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere. Coffee and Cadbury Chocolate included in the experience. Couldn’t be happier with my hair. I haven’t been able to say that in a long time. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Bree did an amazing job on my hair. The colour is fabulous. I was nervous at first as I've been doing it myself & my hair was almost black but she has bought it back to life!!! Had so many positive comments today. All the staff were really friendly too, like a little family. Can't wait to go back for my next visit 🥰

BRI at my last appt had suggested I go darker and was very nervous but did it. I absolutely loved it. Yesterday stuck to the same my hair feels and looks so much healthier. It wasn’t till she took a photo of the back and showed me I realised how disgusting it was. Nobody else had ever I guess cared enough to do anything different. So happy with my hair now

I can’t praise K Thomas highly enough for the amazing colour correction and support this salon and this incredibly wonderful team has done for me! They have completely transformed my hair that was just absolutely butchered and just had been coloured in the most horrendous way! The way this team worked together, brainstormed and figured out how to basically give me an entire new look, all while making me feel so loved and welcome, is just so damn amazing!! If you need a place for amazing hair and amazing stylist support, this is the salon to go to! RUN, don’t walk there! If you could see my before and after’s, you would be AMAZED!

After my hairdresser of 16 years shut the doors for good, I had to find a new one. I am very particularly with my hair and don't trust many hairdressers. The first one I went to unfortunately made my beautiful blonde too warm and yellow. When I called K Thomas yesterday morning for an appointment I could go in that afternoon. I was welcomed by the friendly staff, and Brie took her under her professional wings. It will take another 2 visits to get me back to the blonde I like, but she did a wonderful job. I think I have found my new hairdresser.

After a consultation with Brie (and gabby), Brie made my dodgy cut from another salon so much better. I also had 1/4 head of foils and the colour is perfect . Had a snazzy eyebrow tint also . I was so comfortable in this beautiful modern salon where all the staff were lovely. I left feeling very happy. Looking forward to my next visit
