The service was absolutely fantastic. They did a fantastic job and my hair looks exactly how I wanted. I felt comfortable and welcome in the salon and didn't feel pushed to buy any extra products or services. Couldn't recommend them more, I will definitely be back!

The team here are brilliant. They listened to me during the initial consult with what I wanted to do with my hair, we came up with a plan, and the price was stated upfront before work started. Super professional environment, looking forward to coming back!

Shakira is a lovely young lady who only has to be told a clients preferences once -she remembers each visit. What is really lovely is she will remember a detail of something I told her the week before ie: I mentioned I was going somewhere and she will ask how that was. Really lovely. Top notch service! I sat down not really knowing what I wanted, just that I was after a change. Piper talked my through her recommendation, and consulted with other stylists on the best methods and outcomes. At one stage I had three experts looking at my hair, I felt like J Lo! So pleased with the result. And the bonus head massage during the wash/rinse was epic! Thanks everyone

Excellent. The colour is great, not showing all the greys. Breigh listens to the client but also speaks up when she doesn’t think the colour suits and I love that you get a cup of coffee with a Kit Kat.

I barely needed to explain what I wanted. The style was on point and super quick.

New Brie was very good. I was happy with my style cut and colour. She has passion for hair and seems to enjoy working with hair. Very good

Friendly staff, will converse with clients but in an inclusive way and not in a fake inauthentic way, and staff talk amongst themselves but are very open and not dismissive to clients in doing so - didn’t feel uncomfortable in that environment at all! I felt like I wasn’t just another number, and staff explained everything they were doing to me and really respected me as a person and listened and helped with my hair choices, and were very understanding. Staff usually spoke at a good volume so I didn’t have to ask for things to be repeated or be too lost and staff were helpful when I did explain I was Hard of Hearing and adapted accordingly. One thing which might help with other clients is to provide a spot during online booking for clients to share any notes including accessibility, or staff to respectfully ask if there’s anything the client wants to share or for staff to be mindful of at the start.

I always love the friendly atmosphere, happy hairdressers that never seem to complain, great variety of music (something a bit different every time I visit), and being spoiled with a little chocolate or biscuit with my cuppa and a relaxing head massage after my shampoo is wonderful. : )

Hattie did such an amazing job in my hair that I called back to tell her how much I loved it. I usually have steaks with a cap but Hattie offered foils and while I was dubious that they’d match the look I was after, they were perfect. The cut I got was also perfect. I have found my new hairdresser 🙂

On top of just being all around a lovely person, I really appreciate that Amanda took the time to explain what my hair is like, what it’ll do/how it’ll sit if cut in certain ways, and what she recommended. I’m very data oriented but also have sensory processing issues, so I feel like having everything explained to me like was really helpful in forming connections between how my hair is cut and how it will feel, and a gave me better understanding of what not only what I do/don’t like, and I think that made a huge difference bc it illustrated how what I asked for wasn't actually what I wanted, and why. Normally when I get a cut, even when I’m happy with it, it’ll be a little uncomfortable for a week or two until I get used to it. I haven’t had that at all this time, it still feels perfect! I genuinely feel like going through everything with me and identifying that I didn’t have the knowledge to articulate what I actually wanted me helped avoid that uncomfortable phase.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Both Amanda and Lilly were lovely. I absolutely love my hair. I will definitely be returning
