Yesterday was my first visit to K Thomas. All the ladies were very friendly and welcoming. Brie is a wonderful stylist and I don’t know the ladies name (yet) that washed my hair and gave me the best head massage ever but she was as wonderful too. I went in for a consultation and was offered a beverage. It came with some chocolate on the side so already I was won over. Then I had the consult with the very lovely and very helpful Bree. We discussed every possible outcome I could expect from my upcoming cut and colour and I left the salon feeling really confident in their experience and excited for the new change. They're absolutely gorgeous ladies. Very kind, very welcoming, and super helpful.

I did come with two ideas of what I wanted. One to clean up my current look and the other a bigger change. I’m happy to say the first option has turned out great and the colour too. I appreciate someone with expertise to work on my often unruly hair.

Customer service is not only informative but takes into account any inquiries regarding cuts and colours,the girls have made the saloon such a nice relaxing space,still very professional with their advice.

this is mine and my daughter favourite hair salon and won’t go anywhere else. my daughter got her annual ‘refresh before school’ haircut and she is always treated SO well by all staff! she’s always super relaxed and this time was no different. such a great and friendly place and we will definitely continue to come here. thank you all so much!
