The only thing I have to say is about the place is the prices, prices here were always pricey, however it is coming to a stage where I may need to ponder if it’s worth me coming all the way from Chermside considering the amount of hairdressers over here.

Our experience at both the salon and barber yesterday were wonderful.
Connor was welcoming, kind, and very patient. He made us feel comfortable and my 17 month old sons hair looks great.
Amanda was wonderful with my 4yr old daughter. She felt like a big girl and was thrilled with how her hair turned out. Amanda was lovely and did a great job.

Everyone is always so warm and friendly and makes me feel very comfortable.
Breagh is great, very easy to talk to about my hair and remembers that I have allergy issues.
Sitting there watching and listening you can tell they work as a team and look out for each other which is good to see because it makes for a good environment.
I suggested my daughter try KThomas a few weeks ago because my little granddaughter was having her first haircut. She was really happy too with how great the staff were with talking to Pia and her hair looks great.

Carrine was awesome the cut was wonderful. Although it was crazy busy as you would expect she made both my boyfriend and myself feel like the only customers in the room.
Since moving down to Brisbane it has been difficult to find a hairdresser I like. The girls yesterday asked what i wanted and listened. I mean really listened, to the point that the lovely lady I had said that one of the other ladies knew shorter cuts more than her and they reorganised to finally get me a haircut I love. The atmosphere was also friendly and kind. Both girls deserve a five star rating and the whole team was lovely.
Always made welcome. Sandy always goes above and beyond, and doesn’t let you leave without looking your best.
Kate is a real people’s person and has her eyes on everything, keeps things rolling happily along. Excellent work. Thank you.

Amanda is an amazing stylist - who invests her time, love and energy in to her clients. The care and attention to detail she provides in a one-on-one setting is the only reason why I continue as a returning customer and continually make bookings in advance. Without the significant time investment i would be forced to go elsewhere. Amanda is an amazing stylist and I am sure you know how lucky K Thomas is to have her.

I went to counter and received very good customer service. A hairdresser named Hedi did my styling and she did a wonderful job. She helped me trim my hair the way I liked it. I will recommend this salon to my friends and family and I will be back.

Amanda had never done my hair before but she took the time to read up on what I’ve had done previously. She asked me what I liked and didn’t like and if I wanted to keep to what I had or try out a new tone. She was patient and caring. One of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had.
